1. Community gets together to setup hall. (Ball venue)

2. Tables set up for judges and food also drinks.

3. Chairs assembled aside for guests and competitors.

4. Hosts has music playing and announces categories, competitions and contestants.

5. Performances by competitors set in the centre of the hall.

6. Judging and marking takes place.

7. Winners announced.
